Coringa Golf Club

originally sponsored by Gordon Greig who later became a President of the Club. He called the hole ‘Glaswegian’ for the apt reason that he was born in Glasgow. Now just where did that ball go? Or is he looking at that unspoilt view? Or perhaps the sun is in his eyes?
The gorse bushes are now gone as is the large one on the left which used to catch
many not so well hit drives, either in the interest of ecology or to save golfers the
trouble of removing prickles from their fingers.
